The Space Zen House is a 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath private home filled with character and soulful elegance. Please note that any vaping or smoking of marijuana, cigarettes or other substances inside the home, ( this includes blowing smoke from an inside location out of windows) will be subject to a $500 fine. You are allowed to smoke outside the home but please ensure any butts are thrown away safely and nothing is left behind. Guest access We will do our absolute best to accommodate an earlier check in if needed. Guests have access to the entire house, there is a fenced in back yard and open front garden. The home has high speed internet. The home is located in a quiet residential community away from the busy streets and is recessed from the side street by a front garden and driveway. There is an enclosed garage for you. The garage hosts an EV charger. Guests have access to the exercise equipment and yoga mat alongside some beach accessories and beach towels in the garage. In addition, the driveway can host 2 cars. Parking is also available, easy and safe throughout the area on the street. Other things to note I am always available for your needs and have a quick response time. Check in : we will do our absolute best to get you checked in earlier if we can. Your check in will come with a 4 digit Key pad code for a smooth, efficient check in anytime after 4pm and earlier if we can. All check in details will be sent to you 1 week prior to your booked check in date. Pet friendly home: All Pets are permitted: All dog breeds are accepted. A limit of 2 pets per guest reservation. Please do contact me if you are looking to host more pets; approval is on an individual basis. Dog Amenities are available in house for your convenience: Dog bowls of various sizes - Dog beds and blankets. For all guests to enjoy the home and furniture - We provide a pet blanket for pets if they are to lay on the upholstery: Pets are not permitted to lay "directly" on furniture. Beautiful, scenic, walking paths and trails next to the house! Animals are more than welcome to play in the yards, however... Both Back and Front gardens should remain a NO poo/ NO pee zone so all of my guests can enjoy this special place at a high level. Animals are required to be house trained. Pets are required to leave with their family for the day or be crated during their family's absence. To keep the home sparkling, we ask a $60 for each pet per stay - pet cleaning fee in addition to the regular cleaning fee. Please do include your pet(s) in the booking. Airbnb will automatically include (1) $60 fee. If you have more than 1 pet booked, I will put in a request for additional $60/pet once the booking is confirmed. You will receive an email asking you to approve the request. Please do so in a timely manner to avoid post booking discussion. The 3 bedrooms presented as such in the photos accommodate 6 guests: 2 guests per queen bed ( Qty 2) and 2 Twin Beds. There are 2 extra Twin fold-out beds that can be placed in the room of your choice to accommodate families of 8. Guest count indicated on booking confirmation is to reflect the actual amount of guests sleeping over to avoid revisiting the booking total during or after the stay. Please understand that any requests AFTER the initial booking to REDUCE the amount of days of your initial stay count may not be approved. Please do feel free to ADD to the initial stay count days before or after as needed anytime:) Infant amenities are available: Crib/Play and Go travel pen, High Chair, Stair safety gate, dinnerware and not to forget some cute reading material and games for the entire family!
