Our beautiful "Pura Vista" villa is PERFECT to relax and disconnect. This PRIVATE, ELEGANT, and SPACIOUS villa is located in the hills of Atenas. The main house and guest house are fully furnished and fully equipped. A.C. in the master bedroom. Surrounded by lots of nature and a beautiful view. A variety of indoor and outdoor spaces. The space • The whole property is yours ( main house and guest house). You have complete privacy with no shared spaces. • The house has lots of Space and available built-in closets. Washer and Dryer with laundry detergent. TV included with Netflix in 2 TVs and Cable in one, social games, BBQ area with gas BBQ, a refrigerator, cooking utensils, and an outdoor sink. Lovely hammocks in BBQ. area and backyard area as well. The master bedroom in the main house is the only room with A/C and we have fans in every room. • Main House: Elegant and spacious with lots of natural light, large and fully equipped kitchen. 1 bedroom with a King bed, 1 bedroom with a Queen bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, and a Queen size sofa bed in the living room. Sleep up to 8 sharing beds. Two bathrooms, full large kitchen, and a living room. • Guest House: Comfortable with Independent entrance, has 1 bedroom with a Queen bed, and 1 bedroom with two single beds. 2 bathrooms, living room and kitchen. •Covered pool size is 8 meter by 2. • The house is pet friendly for only well-trained dogs (please no climbing on beds and sofas) There is an additional fee for pets per day. • Check-in and check-out extensions ( if possible) cost an extra $10/hour • We are approximately 35 minutes from the airport. • The main car gate is remotely operated for your convenience.
