Located in Üzümlü Village, this holiday villa has a capacity of 2 people and a single bedroom and a capacity for 2 people. Our villa opened for the summer season of 2020 (after August 10) and this summer season has been put into service for the first time. Our villa with authentic Mediterranean architecture has a private step entrance swimming pool and shallow pool. You can enjoy the sunbeds in the shallow pool. The outside section also has a shower, swing, two single seats sofa set and an authentic stone sofa set in the form of a crescendo. The entrance to our villa, which consists of one floor, has a living room and an open plan kitchen. There is an entrance to the indoor pool room from the living room and the bedroom. Our master bedroom has one large size bed and hot tub for two (185cm x 120cm). This room also has a toilet and a bathroom that looks like a Turkish Bath. The LEDs for lighting have an RGB feature and the colors can change with the remote control. Our Indoor Pool room has an indoor pool with 3 meters and 3.5 meters in size and this pool has a shallow section where you can also lie. Two sun loungers are available for your relaxation in this section. We also have a sink, toilet, shower and sauna in the back. It is 15-20 minutes (10km) away with driving distance to Kalkan city center and 2.5 km to the village square, mosque and restaurant.
