You are also only a short drive from Oaklawn Race Track and Casino, Shopping, and lots of great restaurant options. Want to stay in? Hill Wheatley Park (Public Boat Ramp) - 4 minutes Hot Springs Marina- 10 minutes Oaklawn Racing & Casino- 10 minutes Magic Springs- 15 minutes Downtown- 12 minutes Garvan Woodland Gardens- 15 minutes Other things to note There is not a boat ramp on the property; however, Hill Wheatley park is just a short 4 minute drive from our condo and has a public ramp. Please note that trailers are not allowed to enter the gated area. We have a boat slip available for rent as an additional charge. Please message for more information if interested. Hot Springs Marina is about a 10 minute drive if you are interested in renting a boat.
