The beach house

Have your family holiday at this ocean escape. This inviting home has room for the kids to play and plenty of nooks for you to read a book or chat with friends. Just one street back from the beach you can enjoy dinner on the deck or take a short stroll to sit under the stars with waves lapping your toes. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms & a warm outdoor shower to wash off the sand this home has all you need. Families or mature (30+) guests only unless discussed. No events & quiet hours are after 11pm. The space Configuration is Bedroom 1: Super king & option for additional single. Bedroom 2: Queen & option for additional single plus a shower & toilet ensuite. Bedroom 3: King single bunks with option of single bed. At the back of the home is a large deck with a louvre roof surrounded by lawns and gardens making it the perfect place to chill and relax once you're done with the beach. Guest access You’ll have access to the 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, outdoor decking & front and back yards. There is parking in a car port and on the driveway. Other things to note A friendly cat lives next door but she may pop by to say hello.
