We use only the best towels, linens, and appliances throughout the house. Our home can comfortably sleep 9 adults, with the option to accommodate an additional adult with our roll-out bed for an extra $20 per night. Other things to note At Brass Haus, we are committed to maintaining a peaceful and respectful community for our guests and neighbours. We kindly ask that you be mindful of your noise levels during your stay, especially during after hours. To help us ensure that noise levels remain reasonable, we use a state-of-the-art noise monitoring device in our home. Please be assured that this device does not record any audio; it simply measures noise levels. If noise levels exceed reasonable levels for a prolonged period, the device will automatically send a warning message to the guest. Please note that we have a zero-tolerance policy towards noise complaints or any disturbances to our neighbours. Any such behaviour may result in immediate eviction without a refund.
