The space - Free parking for 1 vehicle - 740ft² / 68m² of space - Rooftop Pool, hot tub, cabana and gym - Walk Score 97 (dining, nightlife, cafes, shopping within walking distance) - In-unit washer + dryer PARKING: We do provide a parking space to our guests. To access parking you will have to park in the loading zone outdid the building, check into the apartment, grab the parking pass and proceed to the underground parking lot 1 block away. Please note, that you and any other guests over the age of 21, MUST provide a photo of a Government Issued ID AT LEAST 24 HOURS PRIOR TO THE DAY OF CHECK-IN, so that we can register you all with our doormen. Our doormen will verify all guests IDs, the day of check-in. Feel free to send when booking is confirmed, or we will send many reminders. **NO VISITORS will be allowed. This is very strict!! Therefore, please make sure you send any and all IDs PRIOR to your check-in date. Failure to do so 24 hours before the check-in date, will result to your reservation being cancelled with no refunds due to breaking of Building rules.** Perfect for the solo traveler, couples, groups, families and those in town for business. → Onsite security 24 hours, 7 days a week → High-speed wifi with up to 200Mbps download speed → 55" TV with Apple TV access → Master bedroom includes a queen sized bed, couch available in living room → Similar to a hotel we have a small registration process that guests need to fill out → Parking is at a secured facility across the street. Guest access The guests will have access to the entire unit as well as the amenities: pool, gym, etc. However guests must adhere to the rules and regulations of the building in regards to when these facilities are open and available. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: The rooftop area, including the pool and hot tub, is currently closed for construction and will remain unavailable until September 29, 2025. Please note we have very strict rules for any guests that books, breaking any of these rules will results in the fines listed below. - NO SMOKING of any kind in the unit or hallways. Breaking this rule will result in a $500 fine. - NO LOUD MUSIC after 8pm. Breaking this rule will result in a $500 fine. - Primary renter of every reservation must sign a rental agreement (sent after booking) - IMPORTANT: Government ID's or passports must be submitted to host at least 24 hours before check in day. Our building will not let you in if we do not have your IDs submitted. If we do not receive them more than 24 hours in advanced your reservation will be cancelled per our building's security rules. - NO GUESTS: Only the people who are on the reservation (and whose ID have been submitted) can enter the building. -If you have more than 2 guests, there will be $25 per guest, per night, with a maximum of 3 guests at any time - NO PETS, breaking this rule will be a $750 fine. - CLEAN UP after yourself when using the rooftop, gym or any other public area. Not doing so will result in a $500 fine. - DO NOT be disrespectful to guards or people at the front desk, if it is reported that you were, for any reason, this will result in a $500 fine. - DO NOT leave trash or anything outside the unit in the hallways, breaking this rule will result in a $500 fine. In addition to the fines listed above, you will also be fined by the building for any of the following instances. - Police called to residence: $100.00 fine; fine may double with each violation - Noise - $100.00 fine; fine may double with each violation - Trash in common area: $100.00 fine; fine may double with each violation - Smoking in common areas: $100.00 fine; fine may double with each violation - Smoking inside unit: $100.00 fine; fine may double with each violation - Damage to common area: $500.00 fine and cost of repairs; fine may double with each violation. -You must submit your ID to us 24 hours prior to your check in date.
