The block home is a spacious three bedroom, two bathroom cottage with an additional screened in back patio to serve as a bonus outdoor living room. The house is outfitted for 4 adults and 4 teens/children. The space Additional features of the cottage: ~Saltwater pool with sunshelf and side bench ~Large pool patio with loungers ~3 Adult and 2 Kids Kayaks ~6 seat golf cart to rent in addition with a rental agreement signed by guest after booking ~High speed 500 MgBs internet ~Stainless steel appliances ~Stocked kitchen ~Flatscreen smart televisions ~Screened back patio ~RedTeq High end pellet grill (please bring pellets) ~Boat parking, 1 Acre lot with circular drive ~Power washer for boat cleanup ~Large yard for kids to play ~Custom tiled showers ~Pet friendly for 1 dog with an additional pet fee, must be approved by the hosts. Please message for details. The house is outfitted for 4 adults and 4 teens/children. No party’s or visitors to property other than the reserving party. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property minus two closets locked off for owner use. Other things to note The golf cart is not street legal and will require that reserving guests sign a liability waiver for use. It can only be driven down to the river on our side by adults 25+ years old that hold a valid DL and current vehicle insurance. Must be rented in addition for the entire reservation no weather refunds. 10 pm curfew, per the local authorities. Pets- fee applies, not allowed on furniture must be kenneled when left alone. Max 35lbs. Additional rental agreement required after booking.
