Please note that while we strive to provide a clean and comfortable space for our guests, the common areas and exterior of the building are managed by the building administration and are beyond our control. This includes garage usage. • Non-Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. • Security Deposit: A €250 refundable incidental deposit may be required. This is fully refundable upon check-out, subject to a damage inspection. • Noise & Parties: No parties or excessive noise are allowed. Violation may result in a €250 penalty and immediate eviction without refund. • Liability: We are not responsible for guests’ personal belongings. • City Tax: A mandatory city tax of €3 per person per night must be paid in cash or via bank transfer upon arrival. Any unregistered guest or visitor is considered unauthorized and will be treated as trespassing. • Unauthorized guests or visitors will result in immediate eviction without refund and a €250 fine will be charged. • Bringing extra guests without prior approval and payment is considered theft of service and a violation of house rules. Commercial Use Prohibited This apartment is intended strictly for private leisure stays. It is not permitted to use the space for: • Business meetings • Photo or video shoots • Events or commercial activities Exceptions may only be made with prior written approval before booking. Unauthorized commercial use will result in immediate termination of the stay without refund and possible legal action. Other things to note Updated House Rules and Information: *****City Tax:***** • €3 per person per night, payable on arrival via cash or bank transfer. • Failure to pay incurs a €250 penalty. *****Sleeping Arrangements:***** • One bedroom with an openable queen-size sofa bed; note that when open, it blocks the bedroom cupboard (see photos). • Second bedroom has a king-size bed. • Ample storage available throughout the apartment. *****Accessibility:***** • Ground-floor apartment with 2 steps to enter. • Right-side apartment with keypad entry (check check-in instructions). • Bathroom shower has 2 small steps, suitable for sitting or assisting children, with anti-slip flooring. • Optional anti-slip mat available upon request. • No steps to access rooms or toilet within the apartment. • Handicapped parking available 150m across the street. *****Parking:***** • Free parking provided, but not suitable for large vehicles (e.g., Volkswagen T6, minivans). • Street parking is free and easily accessible for larger vehicles. • Please note that the parking entrance has a sloped driveway. You may need to walk up the slope to exit the parking area on foot. *****General Rules:***** • No extra furniture can be added or moved. • Property visits prior to booking are not allowed; finalize your decision before booking. • No extra guests, visitors, or parties allowed. Violations result in immediate eviction and a €250 fine. *****Long-Term Stay Rules (1+ Month):***** • Book for one month initially. • Full city tax for the entire stay collected at the start. • Baby items (e.g., highchair) available subject to availability and possible extra cost; note that the highchair lacks a safety harness. • Special requests may take time to fulfill due to hosts’ full-time jobs and are subject to availability or extra cost. • Cleaning services during long stays incur an extra fee and must be arranged at the start.
