There is a lot of natural light, which is a space that lends itself to relaxing, working remotely, or getting ready for an event. G@@gle Fiber gig wifi will keep you connected during the workday and Netflix or Amazon Prime will help wind down at the end of the day. Bringing your dog? There is a fully fenced-in yard for them to enjoy. The yard is shared with the property next door so please watch your dog at all times. Stroll to Robert's Park one block over or walk downtown in 15 minutes and enjoy a nice variety of food and drink places, museums, and concert venues. The guest house is keypad access. The property is located in the trendy Robert's Park Neighborhood on the east side of downtown. This is a very walkable spot one mile from Moore Square. You will have one dedicated off-street parking spot. Street parking is available. I recommend leaving the car parked and walking or biking around. Raleigh Citrix Cycle e-bikes are nearby and or bring your own! If you like to scoot then you're in luck as well! You can pick up a Lime Scooter within five minutes of the house. The steps only have a handrailing on one side. Also, the wall air unit at the top of the steps protrudes into the walkway. The property is in an urban, diverse neighborhood. I've always felt safe here, but if you are sensitive to occasional noise or unaccustomed to city living, this may not be the right place for you.
