This property is nestled in the french countryside easy access to the Loire Valley. The property comprises of a self-catering gite sleeping up to 11 people. Fully equipped kitchen, includes washer, dryer, microwave oven, TV and free wifi. French TV, large dining room table and outdoor dining on the patio. Heated pool. Local vinyards offer great wine and there a several attraction locally. There is an additional smaller gite on site that sleeps up to 6. The space A comfortable and well-equipped house with everything you need for your stay. Dishwasher, washing machine, large cooker, utensils. A small welcome pack is provided on arrival. All towels and bedding are provided. Breakfast can be prepared on request for an extra charge with 24 hours notice. BBQ and large terrace for dining. Air conditioned bedrooms. The swimming pool is open and heated from April to October. Two Raclettes for each for 8 people An electric point is located in the car park, there is an extra charge for using this. Extra guests can use for a camper van we charge 25 euros per night this includes use of the facilities and pool. Guest access We live on site and will be her to welcome you and show you around the property. we ask you advise of your approximate qrrival time a few days before. Noemarl check in is 3pm and check out is 10am these maybe extended for a small supplement on request. Other things to note This property is set in rolling countryside, the nearest town is 8 km away and has bars, restaurants, a supermarket, a bank and a post office. There are 4 bedrooms, 2 of which are kingsize one with an ensuite bathroom. One twin bedroom that can sleep 3 in beds and one family room with a double bed and two single beds. It can be used as a twin room or as a room for 4 people. We do have 2 fold up beds if required. All sheets and towels are included. Local vinyards are available for tastings.
