Located at the heart of Isla Verde only 5 mins away from the airport and steps from the beach. The building is gated, has onsite security 24/7, keyless access, wifi, AC, and free parking. The space This modern condo is open concept (studio-like), please note that there are NO DOORS separating the two rooms. When you walk in you will see the kitchen to your right which is fully equipped, has 3 barstools and a coffee station. The living room is very spacious, has a comfy couch, smart TV, wifi and a game console. The master room has a king size bed, 2 nightstands and 2 closets, it is open to the dinning room and living room; you can watch TV from the master bed. The second room is smaller and has a twin size daybed with trundle (accommodates 2 people), the laundry is also in this room. The only door inside the condo is that of the bathroom, which has a rainfall shower and all the bathing essentials. Guest access Guests have full access to everything inside the unit, they also have direct access to the beach and a parking spot (on a first come first serve basis). There is a hotel and casino right next door, guests are walking distance and can enjoy their amenities. Other things to note 1) The condo is in very close proximity to the airport. Therefore, occasional air traffic noise must be expected. Disposable earplugs may be available for your use. 2) This is a condo and, although this should not be a major concern, I can't be responsible for the scenery or way things look outside of the entire inside of the premises. 3) The entire island occasionally experiences unexpected power and water outages. The building has a generator for the common areas but not inside the unit.
