Other things to note Booking Requirements: • Signed rental agreement and copy of government-issued ID required within 48 hours of booking • Documents are sent via e-sign after reservation • Must be 25 years or older to book (per insurance requirements) • The booking guest must sign the agreement and be present for the entire stay • We rent to family groups only (no spring break, college, or high school groups) Dogs Welcome: • Up to 2 dogs (70 lbs or less each): $150 + tax • Possible 3rd dog with prior approval (additional fee) • Dogs must be at least 1 year old, up to date on vaccinations, on flea/tick prevention, and house-trained • Please keep dogs off furniture and beds Linens: • Comforters and pillows are provided • Guests bring or rent sheets and towels • Local linen rental companies deliver before arrival and pick up after departure (recommendations provided) Personal Supplies: • Personal and household supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, etc.) are not provided, so please plan to bring what you’ll need for your stay Security: • For property security, there is one exterior camera facing the driveway • The camera does not monitor any indoor or private areas
