Pool is April 13th, 2025 to October 12, 2025. Hot Tub open year round! OBX Beach Paradise is located in the heart of the Outer Banks at MP 4.75. It has easy beach access (just 3 houses from ocean), a private 10x20 swimming pool, hot tub and large fenced in yard. You and your family will enjoy an easy walk to the beach. The space The home is an easy access house with your individualized keyless entry code (no need for keys in your beach shorts). Property Layout: • 3 bedrooms Bedroom 1: 1 King, Private Bath with stand up shower Bedroom 2: 1 Queen, 1 Pyramid Bunk (double bottom/twin top), Private Bath with stand up shower Bedroom 3: 1 Twin Bunk (Twin over Twin), 1 Pyramid Bunk (double bottom/twin top), hall bath with tub/shower combination • 3 full bathrooms • 2 Living Rooms • Large Eat in Kitchen • Downstairs Smart TV/Hang out area with foosball table. • Laundry downstairs • Smart TVs - Spectrum cable. Guests may log in to own accounts such as Netflix etc. • WiFi Ground Level: Enclosed outside shower, pool, hot tub, downstairs hang out/tv area with foosball table, washer/dryer. Top Level: Screened Porch, living room with flat screen Smart TV and DVD player. Main King master bedroom includes slider to screen porch, Smart TV, private bathroom. Second master bedroom with Queen, Pyramid Bunk, full bathroom and Smart TV. Third bedroom with Pyramid Bunk, Twin Bunks, and Smart TV, full hall bathroom. Second living room with large Smart flat screen TV. Kitchen and dining area, Sun deck over the pool area. Ceiling fans in every room. Guest access Keyless entry. Guests are given a code unique to their stay which only works during their stay. Other things to note -We allow dogs at a nominal fee of $150 plus tax for up to 2 dogs 70 lbs or less each. An additional 3rd dog may be permitted for an additional fee at owner's discretion. This is our home and we do require that all dogs be at least a year old, up to date on vaccinations, on flea and tick preventative, spayed/neutered and properly trained. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds. -Signed rental agreement and copy of government issued photo ID required within 48 hours of booking. Request will be sent via e-sign. -We supply comforters and pillows. You will need to supply or rent your own linens (bed sheets and towels). There are several companies that handle this in the area and make life easy if you do not want to pack them. You will find them on the front porch upon arrival & on departure you will put them back on the front porch for pick up. Recommendations are provided in the rental agreement but we can also e-mail these to you upon request.
