This isn't an indication of cleanliness but more the fact that we live under sea level :) ✅ No parking in the garage. Owner may have items stored in the garage. ✅ If a guest chooses to dock their boat at our dock, the guest is responsible and liable for verifying all things concerning their boat such as dimensions, bridge obstructions, draft, nautical charts to ensure it will fit.
