Our Cozy 1940's Cottage is nestled in the Heart of Hot Springs National Park! Located just a Few Blocks from Oaklawn Racing & Casino, and 1.7 miles from Historic Bathhouse Row - where you will Discover Fabulous Restaurants, Distilleries and Breweries - you will LOVE the Convenience to ALL Things Hot Springs! The Rose Cottage is a Great Home Base for your Hot Springs Adventure! Pups are Welcome too! Please Note: to access the backyard, you must go out the kitchen door to the gate. The space Our Cottage features an 'L" shaped Kitchen, Dining & Living Space that flows Nicely and Lots of Windows to Stream in the Sunshine! The Kitchen provides Everything you need to Prep, Cook and Serve a Great Meal for those nights you just want to Stay In! Enjoy Quality Cookware, Bakeware, Utensils & Kitchen Gadgets, Plenty of Dishes to Serve & Store, as well as Small Appliances (microwave, toaster, blender & cocktail/wine utensils). Our Complimentary Coffee Bar is Equipped with a Drip and Single Cup Coffee Maker. Fresh Ground Coffee, K-Cups, Creamer, Sugar and Tea are provided :) The Dining Table seats 4 and doubles as a Game Table, so be sure to browse our wide variety of Board Games and Cards! After a Day out Exploring, you will enjoy Lounging in the Living Room or in the Back Yard on the Patio Furniture (fully fenced for your fur baby). You will also Discover Gorgeous Rose Bushes of almost Every Color when in bloom :) They are SO Pretty! Each Bedroom features a Queen Bed with Comfy Linens, Bedside Tables, Reading Lamps, Smart TV's and Clothing Storage. The Bathroom is Centrally located between the 2 Bedrooms and Offers a Bathtub with a Tile Shower Surround. All Linens and Toiletries are provided (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, makeup wipes, etc.). Washer/Dryer available for your use, if needed. Laundry Supplies are provided. The BBQ Grill is charcoal (located in the back yard by the patio furniture). There is parking for 2 Cars in the Driveway, as well as additional parking in the 2nd driveway on the Left side of the Cottage (it will also accommodate trailer parking if bringing an ATV, or a boat).
