It is a pleasure for us to welcome you to our Finca de Plataneras and to learn a little more about the traditions, gastronomy, culture and economy of the Northern Zone of the island of Gran Canaria. Our property is located in the very excellent city of Arucas, in the neighborhood of Trasmontaña, in a unique, sustainable environment surrounded by nature. The space The 200 m2 house is a traditional L-shaped building (living and service building, stables and warehouses) with large outdoor spaces with an area of 25,000 square meters and a farm. Finca La Esperanza has been renovated by adapting the alpendre rooms adjacent to the house in living areas, barbecue, gym, solarium, parking and swimming pool to offer a house accessible to all. It has accommodation for 9 adults and 1 or 2 babies in a crib, in an incredible setting surrounded by banana trees a short distance from the north coast of the island of Gran Canaria. Guest access Our guests will have free access to the entire property, including the Plataneras Estate. Other things to note As it is a Villa on a Plantain Farm, it is isolated, avoiding noise, pollution, etc., but it is very well located (it has the beach 2 min away by car, the city of Arucas 2 min away, City of Las Palmas 5 min away...) thus ensuring that we will have restaurants, supermarkets and leisure, very close, but without the hassle of being in an urban area.
