The property features over 2,000 feet of river frontage, multiple swimming holes, peaceful spots to relax by the water, and access to Dog’s Head Falls. Guests also enjoy a shared spa experience, including a year-round hot tub with views of the Green Mountains and a newly added treehouse barrel sauna down by the river—perfect for relaxing, recovering, and unwinding after a day of adventure. While your tiny home is private, amenities such as the hot tub, sauna, and river access are shared with a limited number of other guests and are typically used on a first-come, first-served basis. The hot tub is available year-round. The outdoor shower is seasonal (May through October), though this tiny home does include a private indoor bathroom with a hot shower and toilet. River access and swimming are at your own risk.
