The property includes 2,000 feet of river frontage with multiple swimming holes and access to Dog's Head Falls. A beautiful spot for relaxing by the river, fishing, and enjoying nature. Guest Access: Uncommon Accommodations is located in the heart of Vermont's Green Mountains, offering endless opportunities for outdoor adventure, including hiking, skiing, and mountain biking. After a day of exploring, relax in our shared hot tub or gather around the campfire to roast marshmallows and stargaze. We look forward to hosting you! The Neighborhood: Historic Johnson Village is 5 minutes away with numerous restaurants, convenience stores, and other attractions. The Lamoille Valley Rail Trail is a popular public trail for cycling, running, walking, and snowmobiling that runs through Johnson and can be accessed less than 5 minutes from the property. Lamoille Valley Bike Tours is located in Johnson and offers bike rentals and guided cycling tours. Butternut Mountain and Sterling Mountain are popular hiking & snowshoeing routes in town. In addition to the attractions in Johnson, the general area offers many attractions and activities that Vermont is famous for including farm stands, maple sugar shacks, outdoor recreation, and world-class breweries. Vermont’s Green Mountains and nearby Northeast Kingdom offers stunning mountain views, fall foliage, and year-round recreation.
