Ideal for friends or families with children, our cottage offers 8 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, accommodating up to 22 people. Unwind in our 3-hectare estate with a secure pool area surrounded by trees, providing a tranquil space for relaxation and rejuvenation. Nestled in the serene Charente countryside, our cottage promises a peaceful environment, fostering relaxation and quality time. The space The “main house” consists of three rooms on the main floor — a grand salon, a dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen and the grand salon are directly facing the swimming pool and trees. On the second floor you will find: A detached bathroom A separate toilet 2 bedrooms with double beds 2 bedrooms with double beds + a single bed ---------------- The second house, “le chais”, has been completely renovated and has a large area that consists of a living room and open kitchen. This open-space can have long tables set up. Overall, it allows for 20 people to be seated. On the second floor there is: A detached bathroom A separate toilet 2 bedrooms with double beds One bedroom with a double bed and a single bed One dormitory for 6 people (great for children) A communal bathroom with access to one room and the dormitory The house has an open view over the estate and the swimming pool.. Guest access Both houses are available for rental. The property is located in the middle of nature and allows direct access to the countryside, which is ideal for walks, hikes, or bike rides.
