Our cozy, clean, and stylish guesthouse has everything you need. This beautiful area is just 5 mins to the Blue Ridge Parkway, 12 mins to downtown/ASU. Come and go as you please with private and coded keypad entry. Your private patio has a hot tub, charcoal grill, and propane fire pit. Full kitchen, comfy mattresses, and newly remodeled shower. Separated from our house by a large breezeway, with private entrance and no shared spaces. 25 mins to App Ski Mnt, 40 to Sugar, 60 to Beech. The space Welcome to The Nesting Place! Your home away from home. Our 700+ sq. foot guesthouse is complete with everything you need to make your stay in Boone comfortable and stress-free. Our guests rave about the peaceful beauty of our setting, paired with the convenience of being just a short drive from town. It’s the perfect blend of quiet countryside charm and easy access to local activities. Hot tub, fire pit, high-speed Wifi, 4K Roku TV, complimentary streaming channels, and sound bar. The kitchen has all the basic pots, pans, utensils, spices, and cooking supplies you need. The bathroom is stocked with complimentary toiletries, first-aid supplies, and other items to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Other items we provide: Complimentary coffee and teas, drip coffee maker, french press, creamers, honey, sugar, iron and ironing board, sound machine, weight scale, puzzles, games, and more. Our coveted Local Boone Guidebook (provided upon booking) is full of local tips and advice you won't find anywhere else. While it’s not exactly what you’ll see with the naked eye, on exceptionally clear nights, you can faintly spot the Milky Way! One of our favorite things to do is soak in the hot tub under the stars—it’s truly magical. Our home is connected to the guesthouse via a very large breezeway, so we are right next door if you need us, yet you have complete privacy. You have your own driveway, parking area, and entrance. There are no shared areas, but we do park our cars on the backside of the guesthouse (we try very hard to not slam car doors in the mornings). Charcoal grill provided. Bring your own charcoal. DO NOT COOK UNDER THE ROOF! Store it under the roof for rain protection but move over to the gravel for cooking please! Guest access You have complete and private access to the entire guesthouse and outdoor hot tub oasis. Our home is located on the far side of the large breezeway if you need us, otherwise, you won't see us. Even the driveways are separate. If you want access to our washer/dryer just ask and we can accommodate. Your parking spots are within 5 feet of your front door. Other things to note Completely smoke-free indoors. No exceptions.
