Featuring a great deck with gas grill, large front and back yard, storage shed and more. TVs in living room, king basement bedroom and basement family room. Fridge with water and ice dispenser, gas range, dishwasher, microwave. The Pine Place is a cozy home conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood, one mile from the center of downtown Crosby! The space There are 3 small bedrooms on the main floor (2 fulls and a twin) and the large basement bedroom has a king bed. Full bathroom upstairs and down. Laundry in basement. Small kitchen with table that seats 4-6. We have WI-FI, streaming TV service and Alexa. There's an unfinished locked shed available for storage.
