The Scarlett House: Newly Renovated home on 1/2 acre with a huge deck overlooking beautiful creek. This monthly rental is dog friendly & perfect for working travelers. We will consider a minimum of 2 weeks. 2 LARGE Master bedrooms on opposite sides of the house with 2 full baths and a naturally lit office/den to give everyone space. This established neighborhood includes a locals coffee shop/night pub with different food trucks nightly, only 2 blocks from home! Only 2.5 miles from downtown The space The split floor plan is perfect for privacy. On the south side the extra large bedroom w/ king size memory foam mattress and the office/den is located directly opposite. It includes a wireless printer and small desk. There is also a trundle bed with 2 twin beds. There is a Flat Screen in the office as well as the living room. These two rooms share a full large bathroom. Behind the kitchen and living room is the other master bedroom/full bathroom. This also has a king bed with a memory foam bed. The deck wraps around the back of the house overlooking the fenced in yard and creek. The back yard is fenced in on three sides, open to the creek. We have included 2 roller gates on the back porch for keeping little ones and pets safe. We have just landscaped the backyard which includes a fire pit and seating. We do ask that your dogs are monitored and that any digging or destruction will be charged. We have a team that comes twice a month to take care of the gardens as it is my pride and joy, maintenance is required to keep it beautiful. I know you’ll enjoy it ! There’s still plenty of room for dogs to explore and enjoy. This is a one of a kind home that we think you will find perfect for your stay. We do a top to bottom cleaning after each guest leaves. The pet fee goes towards the extra cleaning. Guest access The guest have full access to the home. Other things to note Baby Gracco play pen is in the closet. We also provide bed cover& sofa covers for your dog as well as bowls for feeding/water. Dog(s) to be crated when guest are out. Outdoor furniture includes 9' umbrella, dining table and chairs for 6 overlooking the back yard.
