Other things to note 1. I use smart technology in my home - smart locks, smart thermostat, smart TVs, smart smoke detectors and many more. Home is equipped with a smart lock. Access to the property requires using the August Home mobile application. There is no physical key access. 2. Health and safety remains my top priority! A professional, thorough cleaning and sanitizing process is conducted between guests. Everything from the refrigerator to the remote controls and light switches are cleaned and sanitized. Due to this lengthy cleaning process, late check-outs or early check-ins are extremely difficult to accommodate. 3. Please remember that you're staying in a private residence in an upscale residential neighborhood with families and kids, not a hotel. Please treat my home with the same respect you would your home. If any problems arise, I will do my best to take action ASAP. 4. The entire city of Alexandria is a pet-friendly community and you may run into other neighbors’ pets during your stay while strolling about the neighborhood. 5. This is a 3 level home so one must climb stairs to the reach the upper bedroom areas. There is also a detached bedroom located in it's own separate quarters which one must climb a set of stairs to reach. 6. Absolutely no parties or events. This property is equipped with a noise sensor. Please see house rules. 7. The two bedrooms on the top floor feature drawers for clothes storage, instead of a closet, providing an efficient and stylish solution for keeping your belongings organized. The main level is a bright and inviting space, accentuated by the abundance of natural light that streams in through the uncovered windows, as showcased in the photos. 8. Please let me know if you’re bringing any pet(s) with you. Only one pet per reservation is allowed. Your pet must be added as a guest on the reservation. 9.
