Hello, We welcome you from Saturday to Saturday at Clos de Chenac, located in the Gironde estuary, in the heart of the Charente vineyards, for your stays with friends or family. With a maximum capacity of 13 peoples, this peaceful accommodation is an invitation to moments of conviviality and relaxation. The space The accommodation has all the equipments you need to enjoy your stay : private parking, household linen furnished, fully equipped kitchen, south-facing 2000m2 garden with a large and heated swimming pool (heated from mid-June to mid-September), outdoor barbecue, outdoor (ping-pong, tennis court at 50m, pétanque, small soccer goals, swing, etc.) and indoor (free WIFI, smart television with foreign channels, Canal +, Netflix, Prime, board games, books, etc.) We have a charging station for electric vehicles. Baby equipment available on demand (changing table, high chair, cot, small bath) Feel free to visit our website for more information regarding the cottage equipments. Cottage composition : • 5 rooms (2 king size beds and 9 single beds, 6 of which can be assembled, thus allowing the reception of 5 couples. Guest access The gîte is reserved for tenants only, no outside people are admitted without prior authorization. The cottage is unfortunately not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Children remain the responsibility of their parents, particularly around the swimming pool. Other things to note The accommodation is non-smoking, ashtrays are available in the garden. No parties or events are permitted. We ask you to monitor the noise after 11 p.m. for the respect of our neighbors. Our animal friends are not allowed at Clos de Chenac. A deposit of €800 is required on arrival and an inventory is carried out on the day of your arrival and at the end of your stay.
