Chic Normandy countryside with tennis

An exceptional location (Natura 2000), Le Clos de la Corbie welcomes you 1 hr 40 min from Paris, 20 min from Honfleur and 30 min from Deauville. The 5 ha property is a true Normandy postcard with its many outbuildings and offers a natural and chic stay, cocooning or sporty. The mill steeped in history and the farmhouse designed as a guest house welcome you to more than 400 m² where everyone will find something to relax and have fun, whatever their age. Peaceful place not suitable for parties. The space We welcome you on 2 houses (the Moulin and the Longère) located a few meters from each other. A heated swimming pool is available from mid-June to the end of September and can be used from 9 am to 10 pm. Le Moulin (280m²) offers impressive volumes with its living room of more than 70m² where you will relax in the club sofas at the corner of the huge fireplace, the 3 large bedrooms (up to 4 beds possible in each room) each with its bathroom, its "topchef" kitchen and dining room that will plunge you back in the 17th century. The large living room has two convertible sofas of 160 cm with very comfortable mattresses, as well as a private wardrobe. Opaque curtains make it easy to turn it into a room for the night if needed. The longhouse (130m²) that has just been totally renovated welcomes you in its typical Norman style with its 3 bedrooms, bathrooms and shower rooms as well as a perfectly equipped gym. It should be noted that bedrooms 5 and 6 of the farmhouse are in a row. Bedroom 6 nevertheless has an outdoor access with a staircase (quite steep) that allows you to enter and exit without crossing bedroom 5. Requests between 16 and 20 people will be considered on a case basis. However, in this case, an additional €50 per person per stay will be requested as we provide the sheets and towels using a concierge and this is charged to us as well as the setting up. Unfortunately, we can't accommodate groups beyond 20 people. Guest access You can fully enjoy the 5 ha of the property during your stay and meet, if you wish, the many animals we host. As a true gentleman farmer, you will be invited to take care of the chickens by looking for fresh eggs every day, and to visit the sheep or calves who are always interested in new travelers... Wild ducks are also omnipresent and help create animation and a bucolic atmosphere. Often unforgettable experiences for children and parents alike! The cottage (visible in the aerial photo) is part of the property and we can sometimes stay there with my wife and 2 children. It is not intended to be rented and is separated by a hedge from the other houses, which allows us to respect each other's privacy when we are present. I'm usually there on Wednesdays to look after the property. You may also occasionally meet maintenance staff, including gardeners, but who will always respect your stay. Other things to note A gym with weight bench, rower, treadmill and elliptical bike is at your disposal. The tennis class is in the property and is also exclusively reserved for you for the duration of your stay. A modular garden furniture will allow you to eat outside whatever the size of your group. The cleaning fee shown also includes the laundry fee as we provide linens and towels and of course the beds will be made upon your arrival. Check-in is from 5:00 p.m., with no possibility of early arrival. The size of the property (5 hectares) and the houses (more than 450 m² to be prepared) requires a perfectly coordinated organisation between the concierge, the cleaning team and the external service providers. We frequently have departures on the same day or the days before, and every minute counts to restore the premises and guarantee you a welcome in the best conditions. When I am there before you arrive, I also take the opportunity to carry out maintenance, repair or improvement work in the time slots I have. For rentals on a weekend, we accept a checkout at 1 pm if there is no new rental within a very short time. For other rentals, checkout can be done until 11am. We simply ask to vacate the farmhouse before 10am so that we can start cleaning as soon as possible and thus have time to repair the houses for the next rental. A stairlift is installed in the mill and allows people with reduced mobility to access a beautiful bedroom suite with bathroom on the first floor. The bathroom has a bathtub and shower in which it is possible to put a chair if needed.
