Chic Normandy countryside with tennis

An exceptional location (Natura 2000), Le Clos de la Corbie welcomes you 1 hr 40 min from Paris, 20 min from Honfleur and 30 min from Deauville. The 5 ha property is a true Normandy postcard with its many outbuildings and offers a natural and chic stay, cocooning or sporty. The mill steeped in history and the farmhouse designed as a guest house welcome you to more than 400 m² where everyone will find something to relax and have fun, whatever their age. Peaceful place not suitable for parties. The space We welcome you to 2 houses (the Moulin and the Longère) located a few meters from each other. A heated swimming pool is available from mid-June to the end of September and can be used from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. The Moulin (280 m²) offers impressive volumes with its living room of more than 70 m² where you can relax in the club sofas at the corner of the huge fireplace, 3 large bedrooms (up to 4 beds possible in each bedroom) each with its bathroom, its "top chef" kitchen and its dining room that will take you back to the 17th century. The large living room has two 160 cm convertible sofas with very comfortable mattresses, as well as a private wardrobe. Opaque curtains easily turn it into a bedroom for the night if necessary. The farmhouse (130 m²), which has just been completely renovated, welcomes you in its typical Norman style with its 3 bedrooms, bathrooms and shower as well as a fully equipped gym. Note that bedrooms 5 and 6 of the farmhouse are in a row. Bedroom 6 nevertheless has an external access with a staircase (quite steep) that allows you to enter and exit without going through bedroom 5. Requests between 16 and 20 people can be considered on a case-by-case basis. However, in this case, an additional €50 per person per stay will be requested because we provide linens and towels by using a concierge service and this is charged to us as well as the set-up. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate groups of more than 20 people. Guest access You can fully enjoy the 5 ha of the property during your stay and meet, if you wish, the many animals we host. As a true gentleman farmer, you will be invited to take care of the chickens by looking for fresh eggs every day, and to visit the sheep or calves who are always interested in new travelers... Wild ducks are also omnipresent and help create animation and a bucolic atmosphere. Often unforgettable experiences for children and parents alike! The cottage (visible in the aerial photo) is part of the property and we can sometimes stay there with my wife and 2 children. It is not intended to be rented and is separated by a hedge from the other houses, which allows us to respect each other's privacy when we are present. I'm usually there on Wednesdays to look after the property. You may also occasionally meet maintenance staff, including gardeners, but who will always respect your stay. Other things to note A gym with weight bench, rowing machine, treadmill and elliptical bike is at your disposal. The tennis court is located on the property and is also reserved exclusively for you for the duration of your stay. A modular garden lounge will allow you to eat outside regardless of your group size. The cleaning fee indicated also includes the laundry fee because we provide the linens and towels and of course the beds will be made upon your arrival. Check-in is from 5 p.m., with no possibility of early check-in. The area of the property (5 hectares) and houses (more than 450 m² to prepare) requires a perfectly coordinated organization between the concierge, the housekeeping team and external service providers. We frequently have checkouts the same day or the days before, and every minute counts to restore the premises and guarantee you a welcome in the best conditions. When I am on site before your arrival, I also take the opportunity to carry out maintenance, repair or improvement work in the time slots I have. For rentals on a weekend, we accept a checkout at 1 p.m. if there is no new rental in a very short time. For other rentals, check-out can be done until 11 a.m. We simply ask that you vacate the farmhouse before 10 a.m. so that we can start cleaning as soon as possible and have time to restore the houses for the next rental. A stair lift is installed in the mill and allows people with reduced mobility to access a beautiful bedroom suite with bathroom on the first floor. The bathroom has a bathtub and a shower in which it is possible to put a chair if necessary.
