Guest access The entire home is accessible with the exception of an owner's closet and storage shed. Other things to note Please note: No additional guest, no parties, no events, or no large gatherings. Please respect neighbors and observe quiet hours from 11pm until 7am. -Hot tub is accessible from yard or from walking out of the back door. Supervise children. No running. No diving. No glass containers. No lifeguard on duty. Use hot tub at your own risk. No fireworksworks or weapons. If you have any concerns regarding the hot tub, please notify us immediately—not after your stay. These amenities are not serviced once they’ve been used. Please note: the hot tub is an outdoor feature and subject to natural elements such as rain, bugs, and debris. This is considered normal outdoor activity. We do not re-clean these areas during your stay, but skimmers are provided for guest use. For any cleanliness concerns inside the home or other issues, please contact us right away during check in with our staff. Property is documented prior to your arrival. Please note you are at the lake, expect bugs and gnats. At night we recommend to keep porch lights off as you go in and outside so bugs don’t come in the home. We don’t provide refunds for this.
