The hot tub is pre-filled for your stay and maintained weekly by a professional pool technician. You can turn on the hot tub by activating the ON button on the control panel. The optimal hot tub temperature is 100 degrees Fahrenheit. Please DO NOT OPERATE the hot tub under the influence of alcohol! Always use caution and step out of the hot tub if you start to feel dizzy or light headed. ►The back patio seats 8 comfortably ►Additional seating in lounge area located next to pond (seating for 2) with fire pit Pond: ►Fishing is allowed on the property ►Please supply your own fishing poles ►Although the pond is shallow (4-5 feet deep), swimming is not recommended Garage: ► The garage and back house are off limits for guests ►Guests have full access to the property with the exception of the garage. You will be asked to leave in the event of noise complaints as all violations are documented and reported. The property is equipped with a cloud based device recommended by Airbnb which detects excessive noise levels and alerts your host when decibels reach levels outside the norm. The trash days are Tuesdays so we ask all guests that are staying overnight with us on Mondays to please bring out the trash bins. The trash bins can be brought back in if you are staying with us on a Tuesday afternoon. We have weekly pool and hot tub service and the water change could take up to 12 hours to reheat back to optimal temperatures of 100. Please note, there may be instances where the hot tub water may not heat up to temperature during a one-night booking if the water is changed the day of check-in.
