The space This inviting three-bedroom home is perfect for families or friends seeking a relaxing coastal getaway. Comfortably sleeping up to six guests, the property includes one queen bedroom with direct en-suite style access to a spacious, tiled two-way bathroom, and two additional bedrooms each with two single beds. All bed linens and bath towels are thoughtfully provided for your convenience. The well-equipped laundry area features a washing machine, dryer, second shower, and an additional WC, offering extra comfort and practicality for guests. Families traveling with young children will appreciate the availability of a portable cot and highchair. Outdoors, you'll find fenced and gated rear grounds ideal for relaxation, with secure off-street parking available for your car or boat. Small pets may be accommodated in the grounds, laundry, and garage areas upon prior approval; however, please note pets are not permitted inside the main home, and the gates may not be suitable for larger pets. For entertainment and storage convenience, the garage includes a pool table along with ample space to safely store fishing gear, kayaks, bicycles, and surfboards. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house, including the bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, garden, and patio or balcony. The property is a single-level home with air conditioning, heating, and room-darkening shades for comfort. You'll also have access to amenities like a BBQ grill, washer and dryer, and free parking on the premises and street. Other things to note • Jolly Sands permits a pet within the grounds, laundry & garage areas only. Pets are not allowed inside the house. • Non Smoking – No Party Policy – No Group Bookings – Maximum 6 Guests • Bring Your Own Beach Towels & Toiletries • Booking fee $55 – Refundable guest bond applies • Pet fee $55 - Minimum 7 night stay during peak season Guest Registration and Acceptance of Terms; Upon booking confirmation you will receive an automated message containing a link to our Guest Registration & Terms Acceptance form. This form must be completed within 24 hours of booking acceptance or your booking may be canceled. The form requires you to read and accept the terms and conditions as well as provide your valid photo ID. Please contact prior to booking should you have any queries at all. Pets - Prior to making a booking please make us aware that you plan on bringing a pet. A fee of $55 is applicable for each pet and there are associated terms and conditions. Pets must not be left at the property by themselves for any long periods (ie, more than 15 mins) as it can lead to them feeling distressed in a new environment and disturb neighbours with extended howling & barking. You must bring all supplies for your pet. Bedding, food & water bowls, toys etc. Pets are not permitted on the furnishings or in the bedroom areas. Security Deposit . A refundable guest security deposit of $300.00 applies at Jolly Sands Tuross Head. The security deposit is held by way of a pre-authorisation against your card. The hold is placed on the day of arrival and released within 48 hours of departure unless withheld to cover any damages. Please note; this does not apply to airbnb bookings.  Guests numbers must not exceed the number of guests stated on the booking. The house has a maximum occupancy limit of 6 persons including adults & children. Additional fees to apply after 4 guests.  A non-refundable booking fee of $55.00 applies to each reservation.
