This place is meant for you to come, relax, enjoy each others' company as well as the city of Lake Havasu. It's furnished in a way that encourages your kids to stay entertained with the indoor and outdoor games, swim, and just be outside instead of vacationing just to stay in their room and play Call of Duty, Roblox, or watch TicTok all day. It is not a place for you to throw a rager, yell at your boyfriend at 2 AM that you hate him, test your alcohol consumption limits, or give the neighbors a show in your birthday suit. All renters MUST be respectful of the neighbors and be able to follow 2 main rules: 1) Outside noise must be kept to a minimum after 10 PM. 2) Do not park across the street on the neighbors property.
