Peaceful and pretty 16C lodge with lovely pool

A rural 16th-century 'Pavillon de Chasse' with a lake view at the front. 4 double bedrooms and bunk beds for kids. Two of the double beds can be split into large singles depending on your needs. The living room has an intimate balcony, overlooking the lake. The rear terrace and salt pool are recent additions. It's 5 mins walk to vineyards, 10 to the tabac, with it's shop, and a new BBQ restaurant. Duras Castle is a 10 min drive, Eymet, canoeing and kayaking are 20. Bergerac airport just 35. The space Rural build, more period design upstairs and more modern downstairs with a separate 'bar' area and TV. Lovely pool at the front. Guest access You'll be using the whole space. Other things to note Great location, you can take a walk from the front door, eat in the village, drive 10 mins to the Duras Chateau or in 35 mins you can be in Bergerac or visiting one of the many Bastide towns, markets and the vineries. Peaceful but convenient spot.
