The space This spacious 3,300 sq ft home features a unique layout—single-story from the front and multi-level from the back—just a short walk from the lake. Enjoy peaceful walks with beautiful sunset views by the water, along with access to nearby nature and biking trails. The home is located next to Benbrook Lake and a natural park area and is surrounded by large trees, creating a true nature setting. Because of this, wildlife is very common. Guests may see turtles, deer, rabbits, birds, and other native animals during their stay. If you are uncomfortable with natural surroundings and wildlife, this may not be the right property for you. This is part of the environment and cannot be fully controlled. The pool is not heated. A few pool noodles are available, but guests are encouraged to bring their own floaties. The kitchen includes essentials such as pots, pans, utensils, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and toaster. For specialty cooking, guests may want to bring additional items. Both drip and pod coffee machines are available. Ground coffee is typically provided. A crib is not provided. Guest access You'll have access to everything in the house except the office and the garage, there's even a room on the 3rd story that overlooks the lake for someone to stay in and has a full bed (please note this is an attached room with a separate entrance, without a bathroom). Also, a BBQ area, fire glass firepit, firewood pit (please check with us first because sometimes there is a fire ban in the entire county specially during summer) and of course the pool. Other things to note Guests are encouraged to bring extra towels, including pool towels, for their stay. A propane BBQ grill is available for use. We do not supply propane, but two tanks are provided and guests may refill them locally or bring their own. Important: If you are planning to have any visitors during your stay, please notify us in advance. The maximum occupancy is 12 people at any time, including registered guests and visitors. This home is not suitable for parties or events. Any unauthorized gatherings, excessive noise, or exceeding the occupancy limit may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund and may be reported to Airbnb.
