This house is so much fun, very peaceful, great views, beautiful sunset walks and sunrise runs! Great to have coffee and sit outside family-friendly activities, and art and culture. You’ll love my place because of the neighborhood, the comfy bed, the coziness, the kitchen, lake, pool, outdoor kitchen and fireplace, hiking trails, marina, horse trails. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The house is 3300 sq feet maze of a house. 1 story in front and 3 stories in back a fine minute walk to the lake and it is such a beautiful walk to see the sun set on the water. I live in a separate apartment on the property. You will never see me unless you need me. We don't allow wild parties anymore we had too many problems in the past but you are welcome to have a blast with the amount of people staying and drink till the sun comes up, we were just having people invite over 50-60 people and it became a huge problem with the neighbors and items being broken in the house. You'll have access to everything in the house except the office and the garage, there's even a room on the 3rd story that overlooks (please note this is an attached room with a separate entrance, without a bathroom) the lake for someone to stay in and has a full bed. Also, an outdoor kitchen w/ sink and propane fireglass firepit, pool, lake ect its a fun place and so secluded and peaceful I will leave a detailed list but if you have any questions. The neighborhood is very safe and beautiful and everyone still waves at you when you are driving down the street :) 8 minutes to town and 8 minutes away to I20 and I30 Please note the house is next to a large body of water and next to Texas Holiday Park which is a natural reserve. The house is also surrounded by massive trees. This means lots and lots of all kinds of wildlife. You might see turtles, deer, little rabbits, road runners, etc., and other animals and/or bugs that are not as “pretty”. So if you are easily scared of wildlife this is not your property. I always recommend my guests bring extra towels. There is a propane BBQ which guests are welcome to use, however, we do not supply propane. There is always a tank guests are welcome to take to the store to fill or guests can bring their own.
