Dine outside at the large outdoor table or on the main level covered deck, both overlooking the lake. Sleeping Area Summary Main Floor Primary - King with full en-suite bathroom, SMART TV Main Level Bunk - Twin over Full Main Level Guest - Queen Bed, SMART TV Lover Level Bedrooms - 3 with all Queens, one with SMART TV Property Notes: - The property owner stores their boat on the property under the covered area of the dock - this boat is NOT available for rent. Our guests will have the availability to tie up one boat and at least one jet ski to the dock. - Exterior cameras are installed to protect points of entry into the home during periods of vacancy. - Tenant reserving the property must be at least 25 years of age, verification required due to insurance requirements. Guest access Each guest will receive a welcome email prior to their arrival with a unique keypad code for their stay which is the last 4 digits of the telephone number of the guest who rented the property followed by the check mark or * symbol.
