Riverfront Paradise! The Perfect Family Vacation!

Welcome to our Trent River paradise. This cottage is right on a 500 metre wide part of the Trent. It is perfect for all types of boating and fishing. It has a dock and a sandy beach for people of all ages. Enjoy stunning sunsets while sitting on the deck and then a riverside bonfire to cap off the day. We are a five-minute drive to Hastings and a ten-minute drive to Campbellford where you will find all types of stores including hardware, grocery, bakery, restaurants and more! The space The cottage has four bedrooms and a large living space making it perfect for gatherings of any size. It has brand new windows, bathroom and flooring. The laminate flooring and leather couches make it very easy for us to keep it clean and safe for you. The water is from a well, has a UV filtration system and is safe for drinking. We do not supply bed linens or blankets in an effort to keep it a clean and safe space. It is a cozy, comfortable space with a fantastic view of the river. Guest access You will have the whole cottage to yourself and full access. Other things to note This cottage has access to over 30 km of lock-free Trent river and Seymour lake. You can use our kayak, canoe and aluminum boat but not any motorized boats. If you have a motor boat you can put it in at a nearby marina and keep it at our dock. You might also want to bring or rent your own watercraft. It is an exceptional spot for stand-up paddleboards.
