We are located on east lake rd, 13 mi from downtown canandaigua and 15 mi from Naples. Fully furnished and updated gem with abundance of nature, privacy and tranquility. We DO NOT ALLOW parties on our premises. The driveway is narrow and there is limited parking available. More than 3 cars are NOT ALLOWED to be parked on the property at any time. The space This property is a part of 2 homes with 200 feet of level lake frontage. The space being rented is the guest house which sits above the main house, overlooking Canandaigua Lake with picturesque views from every room. The home has an open floor plan with a living room (which has a pullout queen-sized sofa bed), an eat-in kitchen, master bedroom with a king-size bed. A second bedroom with 2 twin-sized beds. The bathroom has a jetted bathtub and stand-up shower. A laundry room area with a washer and dryer. The wraparound porch goes from the kitchen to the bedroom. The porch is accessed from the living room, kitchen, or bedroom by sliding glass doors. The level lakefront is accessible by stairs. The lakefront and the dock area are the only shared space on this property. The dock and the hoist are not a part of the rental unit. The lakefront is great for swimming, fishing or just relaxing with a glass of wine. Guest access The house has its own entrance, garage, and parking space. There is a charcoal grill for bar-b-cue. We do not provide charcoal etc. There is a fire pit on a level grassy area, halfway between the house and the dock, which is shared with the main house. Since the space rented sits above the main house, it is not directly on the water's edge and has panoramic views of the water, but it's a private property with two homes. There are several stairs to go down to the dock area. Which may not be suitable for all ages. We do not have a hoist available to dock a boat. Other things to note There are 2 marinas within a short distance if you would like to rent a boat or other water sports vehicles. The area also has great wineries. There is an outdoor amphitheater, CMAC, within 12 miles, and a waterpark within 15 minutes. Along with great shopping, restaurants, and antique stores in the town of Canandaigua, which is a short 15-minute drive from the property.
