PLEASE NOTE: All guests must disclose to host if they are planning to have a gathering and receive approval from host. The fee for stays with approved gatherings/events of up to 25 people is an additional $250 plus tax. Any amplified music or conversations outside must be reduced to conversation level after 10PM. PLEASE BE AWARE: Street parking is -not possible-. A total of 4-5 cars fit in the driveway and garage (3 on driveway and 1-2 subcompact in driveway).
