Prices may vary depending on the season, demand, and length of stay. Guest access You can enter all the places of The Secret Base SPICA and the storage room. Other things to note We do our best to keep our information up to date, but appliances and furniture may occasionally change. If you have any concerns, please contact us in advance. 1. The toilet and bathroom The toilet and bathroom are located just outside the room, so you will need to step out to use them. They are for the exclusive use of the guest who made the booking and are not shared with others. 2. Sound from Nearby Nursery School There is a nursery school next door that operates from around 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM. You may hear children singing or crying, particularly in the morning. 3. The guest smoking area is located right next to the cabin. If there are guests smoking there, cigarette smoke may enter the room. 4. The sleeping area for the cat shown in the listing photos is also located right next to the cabin. An elderly woman comes to feed the cats early in the morning and in the evening. Occasionally, other cats come to steal the food, and they may get into fights near the cabin or directly underneath it. To help prevent cats from going under the cabin, we have installed devices that emit a high-frequency sound when they detect animals. 5. Weather Please note that during heavy rain or strong winds, outside noise may be heard even from inside the room. 6. Consideration for Residents As there are residents living on the premises, please keep noise to a minimum in the hallways and shared passageways. 7. Breakfast service As a breakfast service for the morning after check-in only, we provide a prepaid card worth JPY 1,000 per group, once per stay. It can be used at Lawson next door, where you may purchase your preferred breakfast items. 8. Linen, towels, and room cleaning Please replace your own bed linens and towels during your stay and place used items in the laundry basket in front of the storage room. We will wash and disinfect them. Guests are also responsible for cleaning their own room during their stay. Optional linen replacement and room cleaning services are available upon request. Guests staying 28 nights or more can request these services free of charge. Please contact us for more details. 9. Bicycle Use Two bicycles are available for shared use among guests. (maximum 3 hours use at a time). 10. Cosmetics, sprays, and similar items Please use up any items brought from your home country, or take them back with you if anything remains. If you purchase these items in Japan, please choose the smallest size possible and use them up during your stay. 11. Suitcases We are unable to accept suitcases for disposal. 12. Indoor Footwear In accordance with Japanese customs, shoes must be removed indoors.
