Easy kayak paddle to the headsprings or float to KP with short walk home. Gorgeous patio on the rivers edge and views of the river from the entire home including upstairs and downstairs master and spacious sunroom. Fourth bedroom in detached laundry house. We are dedicated to preserving the peace of this place for our neighbors. No parties nor day guests. The space Spacious, sunny home with views of the Rainbow River even from the back door! Plenty of sitting space and two dining tables. Well stocked home and kitchen. 6 sit on top kayaks, 3 youth kayaks, one fishing kayak, three paddle boards and several tubes available for use with the home. Guest access Entire home and detached laundry house as well as yard/outdoor spaces with river frontage. Other things to note Only weekly Saturday-Saturday reservations are accepted during the summer and spring break.
