Piano, foosball, ping-pong, children's playhouse, swings and slide. The space The "Domaine de Saussignac" gîte in the heart of southwest France is fully modular. In total, 6 bedrooms, with 2 shower rooms, a bathroom, 4 toilets, 2 living rooms, a living room with large open-plan kitchen, 2 wood stoves, plancha, barbecue, Bonzini B90 foosball table, ping-pong table, playground for children with wooden cabin, swings and slide. Air conditioning in living rooms. The rooms therefore benefit from pleasant temperatures. The price "from" concerns the entire gîte for a weekly rental, 320 m2 habitable. Discounted rates depending on the number of rooms open (2, 4 or 6 bedrooms) and the length of stay. At your request, we can make you a price proposal with 2 or 4 bedrooms. In any case, you are the only tenants at the Domaine. Parties and events are not permitted due to health conditions. We also offer weekend packages from September to June, for example, 2 nights for €1600 for the entire cottage for up to 15 people (+€200 per additional night), 2 nights for €1100 for most of the cottage for up to 10 people (+€150 per additional night). Offered only from October to April, 2 nights for €650 for the small part of the cottage for up to 4 people (+€100 per additional night). Always the only tenants on the estate, exclusive use of the spa and sauna. Our services include bed sheets, towels, linens, all charges, end-of-stay cleaning, maintenance of the heated pool from May to October and the Jacuzzi during the stay. With more than 320 m² of living space, a park of more than one hectare and unlimited access to the SPA area and heated pool, the Domaine de Saussignac invites you to come together to spend a vacation in the best conditions. After a shaded patio – in which a plancha invites you to cook the specialties of the South-West – the cottage opens onto a dining room with fully equipped kitchen, wood stove and a superb view of the Gers hills. The south-facing terrace, where garden furniture and a barbecue invite you to dine outdoors, also communicates with the ground floor living room. Also equipped with a wood-burning stove, it is the perfect place to take the time to read or play a board game. A second terrace, in the shade, will be the ideal place for a cool aperitif, covered by the trees of the circular path. The bedrooms are spread over the floors – two on the ground floor, two on the first and two on the second – allowing everyone's sleep to be respected. Similarly, the sleeping arrangements can be organized according to your requests (single or double beds).
