This unique house is located in a forested setting of amenity-rich Gold Star Certified Big Bass Lake Community. Fishing, boating, swimming at the lake beach and/ or pool, playground fun and hiking - these all is available in the community as well as in nearby parks. Pool / Amenity passes: $10 per person per day (weekends and holidays), $8 per person per day (week days). Indoor Pool Fall/Winter/Spring Hours Wednesdays: 5pm-8pm Fridays: 5pm-8pm Saturdays: 11am-6:45pm Sundays: 11am-4:45pm Please confirm the hours before going. We live in the community and we will be happy to assist you with any questions and concerns. The house is located in a Gold-Star Big Bass Lake community. The community has two lakes available for swimming (Memorial weekend through Labor Day), fishing, and boating. There is also access to a pool with a splash pad, snack bar, full basketball court, 4 tennis courts, 4 pickleball courts, a new tot lot, and a volleyball area. Big Bass Lake and Pool is in a WALKING DISTANCE from the house (10 and 15 minutes respectively). AMENITIES PASSES: Guests are responsible for purchasing Amenity Passes while using any facility. 2022 SEASON: $10 daily pass per adult; $8 daily pass per child (7 years of age or older). The house is located in a gated community. Driveway parking fits up to 6 cars The house is located in a Gold-Star Big Bass Lake community. WINTER / FALL Guests receive access to the Indoor Pool along with a dry sauna, pool table, Tree Top Lounge, locker rooms and Fitness Center. Once the snow hits the Poconos, grab some sleds and/or tubes and head over to our snow-tubing/sledding hills. Sledding/tubing is at your own risk.
