This colourful, two-level townhouse sleeps 6 guests (4 downstairs and 2 upstairs), and has heaps of seating both indoor and outdoor. Tucked away on a quiet street in Shelly Beach, you’re only a short walk to the Moffat Beach or Kings Beach scene. A perfect hub for families (& small furry friends) to enjoy the best of Caloundra. The space This home is quaintly styled, spacious and playful. The property stretches over 2 levels, is fully fenced and has a small grassy yard in the back for kids and pets to play. It has parking in the garage for 1 car, and an extra space in the driveway. Small dogs are welcome upon application. FEATURES INCLUDE: - There are 3 bedrooms (1 Master Queen bed on level 2, 1 Queen bed on level 1, and 1 Single with a pull out trundle on level 1) and 2 bathrooms (1 as an ensuite to the master) - No air conditioning but fans in every room. Level 2 Kitchen: The kitchen is well-equipped with a kettle, pod coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, electric cooktop, oven, along with all the cooking equipment a holiday chef could wish for. A large amount of bench space as well as seating around and off the kitchen’s island. Master bedroom (top of the house): A plush Queen size mobility bed (with remote controls) with ocean views, a ceiling fan, walk-in wardrobe as well as private en-suite with large shower, vanity sink and a toilet. Lounge/Dining A number of different areas to lounge and relax can be found on the top level. There is formal dining for 6 indoor as well as alfresco dining patio with seating for 4 (pulls out to seat 6) and a Webber BBQ, and a mix of both indoor and outdoor lounging. Level 1 - Ground Floor Bedroom 2 : A plush Queen sized bed with ceiling fan and built-in wardrobes for storage. Bedroom 3: A King single with a pull out trundle can be found in Bedroom 3 with built-in wardrobes and an additional fan. This opens up to the shared bathroom with a toilet, shower and vanity. Bathroom: Full bathroom downstairs complete with a shower and laundry area with additional sink. - Washer/Dryer for guests to use - All linen and towels provided The house is 200 metre walk to Shelly beach (dog friendly) Guest access You will have exclusive access to the entire home during your stay. There is car parking for 1 car inside the garage, and 1 car on the right hand side of the driveway. Other things to note *Pet-friendly for dogs - upon application, a $50 pet booking fee applies. Please reach out to us for pre-approval before booking. Please note we do not accept cats. *We DO NOT take schoolies bookings* *No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.) *This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally. *Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
