This pet-friendly home has everything a large family and their furry friends need to unwind and relax - A full-size kitchen, dining area, open-concept living space, large bedrooms, baby crib, loft, patio, ample parking, and a garage. Just minutes away from hiking & biking trails, lakes, rivers, and access to our members-only Pool and Hotub 5 minutes away. The space This modern, open-concept retreat in the mountains has everything you and your family need to get away and unwind in beautiful Sunshine Valley. Take in the picturesque views out of the windows in the bright, open kitchen and dining area where your whole group can gather and enjoy meals together at the dining table and bar. The kitchen itself is equipped with a full-sized fridge, stove, and dishwasher, as well as all the cooking basics and the dishes & silverware you might need during your stay. There is also a propane BBQ on the patio, and portable gas and charcoal grills available for picnics. Sip your morning coffee while you gaze out at the breathtaking mountain views from the balcony. If you're working during your stay or just want to stay connected, you will have access to fast wifi. After a day of activities in the surrounding nature, you can turn on the fireplace and relax in the cozy living area. The TV is equipped with Roku and streaming services (Amazon Prime, Netflix). You'll get a great night's sleep in the comfortable sleeping spaces. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed and crib, along with a private full bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and access to the full guest bathroom. The 3rd bedroom is the 350 sq. ft. loft located above the living area with a double bed and a large storage area for baggage, equipment, etc. There is an additional queen-sized bed in the pull-out couch in the living area. You'll find an additional living space downstairs with a large couch/bed, leather seats & ottoman, TV, and direct access to the backyard. This space is ideal for pets that have to go in the middle of the night and perfect for the members of your family that need a little more space and privacy. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire space during their stay. Other things to note Our cabin is nestled in a forested setting, surrounded by pine trees, birds, and the natural presence of insects. It's an ideal retreat for nature enthusiasts seeking a tranquil, rustic experience—however, it may not suit those looking for the amenities of a hotel in the city.
