Downstairs you will find an additional gathering area and game room featuring a pool table, dart board, bar, card table and an assortment of games. All TVs (Living Room, Game Room & 2 Master BRs) are equipped with Youtube TV and Roku for all streaming services. Washer/Dryer and Wi-Fi are included. With 5 bedrooms and a loft, this home sleeps up to 12. Guest access As guests, you have access to the Chestnut Springs outdoor pool & pavilion during Summer/swimming season as well as the Stoney Creek Golf Course at the bottom of the mountain. Treat yourself to a spa treatment at the Wintergarden Spa. When you book a spa treatment, you will have access to the Fitness & Aquatics Center which has an indoor pool for the day of your spa treatment. If you are interested in skiing or tubing, be sure to secure lift tickets , rentals and tubing tickets on the Wintergreen website in advance of your trip. Always check the "This Week at Wintergreen" online for the week's events and dining options and hours during your stay. Other things to note Loft should only be accessed by ages 12+ due to the steepness of the staircase. Due to Wintergreen’s ban on open air fires, only the propane fire pit can be utilized during your stay. We are not able to guarantee that the propane tank is full on arrival. Should you need to swap the propane tank for either the fire pit or grille, this can be done at the market located approx. 1 mile from the house.
