Castaway is an impeccable beachside home. The top floor’s living area is accessible by the home's elevator which makes this the perfect getaway for the entire family. Every guest room has a private bath and smart TV. There are 3 living rooms throughout the home- plenty of space for your game or movie night. The private pool is the perfect oasis if a break from the beach is needed…the beach access is a 3-minute walk away but the golf cart is available for your use. As you walk into the ground level of Castaway, you will find a rec room that offers a comfortable living space to relax, play games, listen to music, and watch your favorite show! No need to worry about the little ones because the private pool is completely fenced with a safety lock. Also, on the ground level are two guest rooms that are both furnished with two twin beds, each with its own bath. Both rooms are freshly decorated! As you head up to the 2nd floor, you will find the majority of the bedrooms. Each guest room is newly decorated in fresh, soft hues to ensure a relaxing experience. This floor offers a King guest room with a private bath and 3 Queen guest rooms each with its own bath. The second den area is located on this floor as well and offers comfortable seating for watching TV, working on the computer, or just enjoying a favorite book. Just off the den area, you will find a half bath and a washer/dryer for your convenience. As part of Spinnaker’s Fresh Bed Promise, all linens are laundered between guests. **The linen fee is included within the initial price quote-if you would like to bring your own linens or will not be using all of the beds let us know and we will adjust the price. Linen/towel set up is $46 per bed.** The third level of Castaway is where the fun happens! The light-filled great room houses the living room, kitchen, and dining area. Tastefully decorated with plenty of seating and entertainment for everyone! You have direct access to the wrap-around porches that offer treetop views of the neighborhood as well as the deep blue sea! The kitchen has been thoughtfully stocked with all the items you will need to prep meals for your favorite people including two dishwashers. There is a dining area for 8 as well as additional seating around the kitchen island. Adjacent to the living room space you will find the beautiful Primary Suite offering a King bed and private bath. Castaway is located in the community of Spinnaker’s Reach. The community pool and beach access is at the corner of Louise Howard Court and Shipwreck Lane. This is approximately a 2-3 minute stroll from the house or an even faster golf cart ride. Cart parking is provided at the pool area. The lively and very family-friendly vibe is apparent as soon as you pass through the entrance- bright-colored homes are sprinkled down the tree-lined streets. The farthest distance from any home to the beach access is a maximum 0.8 miles. This translates into easy access to the community’s beach access and pool house from any property. The community offers golf cart parking at the community beach access as well as a pool house complete with covered picnic tables and restrooms. The beaches along this portion of Emerald Isle can be easily walked, has the perfect place to park a chair and umbrella for the day, or even plenty of open surf to cast a line. Surf fishing is also a favorite past time during the Fall months. Emerald Isle as a whole is very bicycle friendly- there is a bike path that connects Spinnaker’s Reach to all of Emerald Isle! It is a separate path and safe for riders of all ages. The nearest restaurants and nightlife are just over a mile away while the grocery stores are about 1.5 down the bike path as well. The center of town is just about 2.5 miles… and still connected by the bike path.
