The space LOCATION: Regardless of the fact that you are located on a small, private, and secluded road with hills on each side, you surprisingly have access to local shopping, entertainment, and restaurants that are located less than 60 seconds from the property! A third bedroom functions as an office space with an additional twin bed and crib, and is connected directly to one of the bedrooms. A fourth bedroom is located on the lower level with a twin bed. There is a full bathroom on the main floor and also a full bathroom on the lower level. Each bathroom is stocked with essentials. Additional pillows and blankets are provided for an optional/additional sleeping space in the lower level sectional. 6 hotel-style pillows are provided on each queen bed, and 3 pillows for each twin bed. Each bed has a comforter with a duvet cover. AMENITIES: Review our list of amenities and see everything this home has to offer! We also provide complimentary, pre-packed individual travel essentials, including: toothbrushes, floss, lotion, Dove soap bars, toothpaste, Tylenol, and Orbit gum. Bottled water, snacks, and candy varieties are supplied as well. An ample supply of towels, hand towels, and wash cloths are always available. Additionally, for each bathroom we supply 16 oz bottles of bodywash, shampoo, and conditioner (refilled with Dove and TreSemme brands). A fully stocked coffee bar includes fresh coffee bean varieties (along with a grinder), and almost every essential needed, including creamers, syrups, powders, and a variety of sweeteners, including honey. Varieties of teas are provided along with a tea kettle. The kitchen is fully stocked with practically everything you can think of in a standard kitchen. We do our best to provide you a home with practically every amenity you can think of to give you comfort and convenience. Please let us know if you have any questions as to any of our other provisions. ENTERTAINMENT: There are four separate entertainment spaces. The living room on the main level, the second living room on the lower level, the furnished back deck, and the furnished front enclosed sunroom. The upstairs living room hosts an electric fireplace and a fully stocked book-shelf, containing genres spanning from beach-reads, to mystery, novel, romance, horror, teen, sci-fi, and non-fiction. The lower-level space hosts a convertible, standard-size ping-pong and pool table, along with a four-controller Nintendo Switch with select games, including: Mario Smash Bros, Classic Arcade, Mario Kart, Mortal Kombat 11, Star Wars, Dragonball Z, and Assassin's Creed. Our game area also has a large variety of kid, adult, and family card games and board games! Additionally, the firepit area at the bottom of the yard is completely secluded and provides a real "backwoods" feel for your campfire experience. A 12x12 deck is located in the back yard directly off the back door with an additional fire pit, seating, and wood is supplied for burning. Six Roku Smart TV's are located throughout the home: In the three upstairs bedrooms, one in the downstairs bedroom, and one in each living room upstairs and downstairs. A NETFLIX account is already provided for guests, signed in, and is complimentary to be used on each TV. Guest access When guests reserve this space, they have private and autonomous access to the land and entire home on their own!
