The main level of the home boasts a gourmet kitchen and an open living room and dining space for 12 overlooking stunning, sweeping views of the mountains and reservoir. An impressive primary suite offers a king-size bed, a walk-in shower, and an easily accessible washer and dryer. Also on the main level is a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a bedroom with two twin beds, and a full bathroom with hallway access. Custom open stairs lead to a loft-style bonus space complete with a game table, seating, and an assortment of books that include local authors. The upper level provides a bedroom with a queen-size bed and en suite bathroom, a bedroom with a queen-size bed and a twin bunk bed, and a full bathroom with hallway access. Outside, the spacious deck provides covered dining for 8 with a variety of seating options to enjoy a glass of wine as you watch clouds roll across the mountain peaks. A wood-burning fire pit creates the perfect space to unwind and recount the adventures of the day. Please Note: This home does NOT allow pets. While the road to the property is gravel and occasionally steep, AWD or 4WD is not required but is recommended. The garage is not accessible to guests. This home is equipped with high-speed internet through Viasat, and there is a Xumo Stream Box on the living room TV. All TVs are streaming only. Guest access All of our homes are private residences so you have access to the entire house unless otherwise noted in the description (the owner may not allow use of the garage, etc). Free parking at all homes. After you make your reservation, you will receive an email with instructions for access, including a keyless access code if your home has keyless entry. You will hear from one of our local rental staff members and we will be available to assist you in whatever way we can! Other things to note This home is not pet-friendly.
