Just 1500 m away from Tossenser beach on the Wadden Sea, you can already smell the sea air when you leave the front door and are still not in the center of the tourist hustle and bustle in a quiet 30 km/h zone. The space The apartment "Officer" is located on the second floor of our vacation home and is therefore unfortunately not suitable for strollers or wheelchairs. No pets allowed in this apartment. In addition to its own bathroom, this apartment has a living room with an open kitchen and a bedroom. The bathroom can only be reached via the master bedroom. In the attic there is another room, which is equipped with 2 single beds (90 x 200 cm). The kitchen is well equipped with an oven, fridge, induction cooktop, microwave and dishwasher. A basic set of cutlery, dishes, pots, pans and bowls is also available in the kitchen. Likewise, the most important spices are always at hand. The living room has a large sofa and a curved smart TV with 140 cm diagonal. So nothing stands in the way of a cozy evening. In the bedroom you will find a 1.6 m x 2 m bed and a chest of drawers with enough space for the clothes of your entire stay. For an extra charge, you can also use the shared washer and dryer. Feel free to book a linen package including towels for a one-time surcharge. Guest access A private entrance provides access to the living room, bathroom, open kitchen, dining area and, of course, the bedroom. You have the entire place to yourself. For an extra charge, we also give you access to the shared washing machines. Other things to note Tourist tax (guest contribution to spa management): In addition to the rental price, there is also the tourist tax. In the period from March 1 to October 31, this amounts to 2.90 euros per day per adult, and for children from 3 to 13 years of age 1.95 euros per day per child. In the period from November 1 to February 31, the tourist tax for adults is 1.25 euros per day per adult, and for children from 3 to 13 0.85 euros per day per child. The tourist tax (guest contribution to spa administration) is paid at the property.
