With 4 cozy bedrooms, a private spa, and a pool table, this chalet is the perfect place for get-togethers with friends and family. Surrounded by nature, it's a real wellness break to be enjoyed in any season. In the summer, enjoy access to a peaceful beach 10 minutes away by car. CITQ: 247144 The space Guests have access to two lakes. The first lake is a 10-minute walk from the chalet via Chemin Nepthalie-Maher. At the lake, there are 5 docks accessible to the public. The second lake is a 12-minute drive away and is perfect for families with young children because it has a small (unsupervised) beach. The area is not very busy. Guest access To stay here you need to: 1- Fill out your contact information. 2-Provide a valid ID. 3-Give a security deposit of $1000 as a pre-authorization on a credit card or a refundable payment, depending on the rental platform. (If no damages are found after your stay, we will proceed with the refund of your deposit. Note that this may take up to 14 days due to banking delays) 4-Read thoroughly the house rules and agree. Pets are welcome (with an additional cleaning fee of 100$+tx/dog) A fee of $35 + tax may apply for each additional person. Other things to note As the residence is located in the countryside, there could be - despite the necessary measures put in place to prevent this - insects or small animals in the vicinity or getting inside if doors and/or windows are left open.
