Also on the first floor is a double-height open kitchen with a breakfast table, the living area with a large and comfortable L-shaped sofa, and a roofed terrace with sitting area and beautiful wooden dining table for 14 people, terrace integrated with pool area. The second floor has two more bedrooms, both with a queen-sized bed and bunk bed (single sized), and a mezzanine TV area with lounge sofa. The house has great natural ventilation and mosquito screens in all windows. Guest access Premium location, within a lush 14-ha family-owned property at the north end of El Coco beach. Quiet and secluded, but only a 3-minute drive from town, with a variety of supermarkets, restaurants, health services, etc. Parking available. 25-minute drive from Liberia International Airport and centrally situated if you want to experience all that Guanacaste has to offer: volcanos, sport fishing, beaches, horse-back riding, ATV tours and much more. Other things to note This is my family’s favorite vacation spot, we take good care of the place for us to enjoy, and we are happy that others have the opportunity to enjoy it too.
