Guest access Use the main level for relaxing, and the lower level game room for fun. 2nd TV and couch, ping pong table, and card table for your use, along with a 2nd bath and washer/dryer. Our fenced backyard comes with an outdoor table for 6 and a firepit! Other things to note Our permit only allows 6 tenants at the house at one time. No exceptions. Any fines leveled by the city for excess people or excess noise will be the responsibility of the tenants (fines start at $350). We have security camera's at both entrances to monitor our property, and our property manager is 2 doors away. No pets are allowed. Please put our your fires prior to retiring for the night! If you are staying for 30 days or more we will clean midway during your stay at no charge!
