THE SKINNY: This fabulous oceanfront 2 bedroom condo is situated in the treasured heart of the barrier island to the south of St. Augustine and north of Palm Coast, a wonderful waterfront residential strip of A1A Blvd that parallels the beach. The condo itself is seconds walk from the dedicated beach walkovers on the end caps of our building, Building 16. From the balcony, indulge in jaw-dropping ocean views and breathtaking sunrises! The private temperature controlled pools glimmer in the sunlight, sparkling so peacefully that you will have no choice but to allow yourself to fully escape into vacation mode. Amazing shade with glimmers of sun is available in gobs on the patio and pool decks throughout the day. The kitchen is truly stocked to allow you to entertain your whole group with ease. Lounge outdoors on the patio while you observe the boats float by in the distance and people watch the beach! Relax inside or outside, grab some beach gear and head to the sand, or grill out on the property's charcoal BBQs. Boat parking is available on site as well as basketball, tennis and shuffleboard! Enjoy your coffee in the shade or a drink in the sun! THE PROXIMITY: This area is a highly popular residential area of Anastasia Island, with nearby Matanzas Inland, lovely for lounging, swimming and boating. A bit further south in Palm Coast is Marineland, a great place to indulge in outdoor fun as well as golf at The Hammock. Just across the street from this neighborhood is the drop dead gorgeous preserve of Washington Oaks State Park, a must-visit! This home is also drive-able within 25 minutes best parts of prime St. Augustine beach and historic downtown St. Augustine! A1A is our main commercial corridor, equipped with shopping, groceries and restaurants of all kinds. This home is within 15 minutes from Publix grocery store. THE SPACE: The home sleeps 6 in 2 bedrooms with 1 King bed and 2 Twin beds plus a pull out couch in the living room on the main floor. The main entrance floor (which is technically on the 2nd floor of the building) is the living level with living room, dining room and kitchen which is equipped to service your whole group and cook together for a great night in! The flood above (the building's 3rd floor) houses the bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The living room TV has cable and all TV's in the unit are Smart TVs, so simply login to your Netflix, Hulu or HBO account to enjoy your favorite movies and shows. THE LAYOUT- This home has a solid 2/2.5 layout. >MASTER BEDROOM SUITE + BATH: Boasts a King size bed and en suite bathroom with walk in shower. This room has the laundry closet and a picture window overlooking the beach and ocean. >GUEST BEDROOM: 2 Twin beds. >FULL GUEST BATHROOM: In upstairs, just outside the twin bedroom with shower/tub combo. >HALF BATH: On main floor in hallway. AMENITIES: Sparkling temperature controlled pools on either side of the building. Beach access walkovers seconds from the condo. Patio with seating overlooking the beach and ocean. Outdoor showers. Charcoal BBQ grills on site. Washer and dryer in unit. Shuffleboard, tennis, pickleball and basketball courts plus childrens play areas with picnic tables and covered tables. Boat and RV parking/storage on site. Fitness center on site. OPEN LIVING: The kitchen is situated adjacent to the living and dining area so everyone can be together whether lounging, dining or cooking! We outfit the kitchen with one roll of paper towels, a few starter trash bags and dishwasher pods for your first couple of days. PARKING: There are 2 total parking spots for this condo. One spot is in front of the condo marked 403. We have one additional spot available for our unit in the UNMARKED parking spots in our lot. LAUNDRY: We offer a set of washer and dryer in the master bedroom hall upstairs. We provide starter laundry pods + dryer sheets, iron and ironing board and some cleaning supplies for your convenience. HISTORIC DOWNTOWN ST. AUGUSTINE: Just a 25 minute drive north is historic downtown St. Augustine! Take a tour, enjoy the rich Spanish history, the architecture, the food and craft cocktails and all that our pleasant waterfront town has to offer. Contact me for lots of insider local recommendations on what NOT to miss! BEACHSIDE FUN IN THE SUN: Our beaches are unparalleled! We really know how to enjoy what nature has blessed us with here in our quaint little St. Augustine. This home is situated seconds walk to the beach walkover! You can also drive to one of the public beach accesses in Crescent or St. Augustine Beach to park and walk on. TURN IT UP: Want to live on the edge? There are a couple of rental shops nearby where you can rent surfboards, paddle boards, snorkeling gear, you name it! Deep sea fishing charters and boat rentals are also available in multiple places throughout town. Delivery bike rentals available via a local company. Contact me for recommendations. *SECURITY DEPOSIT: In lieu of a traditional security deposit charge or authorization hold for a large sum, we will instead charge a one-time non-refundable incidentals fee to your stay of $99. This fee acts as insurance for minor damages and covers you up to a max of $1000 of damage. You may elect to increase your incidentals fee for more coverage ($99 for $1000, $149 for $1500, $199 for $2000 and so on and so forth). *IMPORTANT: Guests must report to us any damage that has taken place during their stay before checkout, otherwise the incidental fee coverage is null and void. In this case, we reserve the right to charge the full amount of repairing or replacing the damaged items to you. Your insurance coverage amount ($500, $1000, $1500, etc) is not the max that you are responsible for. If damages exist beyond your coverage amount we will document this with photos and professional estimates of repair, and bill you for the repairs or replacements. We do not have an elevator. You must climb stairs to enter and access the bedrooms on 3rd floor of the building. The entrance to the condo is on the 2nd floor and requires climbing stairs to enter. The pools are temperature controlled by the association to cool when hot outside and heat when cold outside. The beach accesses are seconds walk from the front door. There are 2 parking spots offered and each one requires a parking pass that we will provide to you. You MUST return the parking passes to the kitchen counter before departure. I am here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. I'm only a phone call/message away. You will be able to self checkin upon arrival. Summerhouse Beach & Racquet Club is a lovely community at the very southern point of St. Johns County near the border where you cross into Flagler County by Matanzas Inlet. Summerhouse is the final condo complex on the island before it becomes the inlet, so it is very private and is situated next to preserve. The beach accesses are plentiful and easy to access via a code we will provide. The beaches are clean and walkable here! Drive-able within 35 minutes are the best parts of prime St. Augustine beach and historic downtown St. Augustine! To the south is Marineland followed by Washington Oaks State Park, both excellent for family fun! We recommend renting a car for your stay. If you prefer to travel by bicycle or would just like to rent them for fun, check out Drifters for drop off/pick up bike rentals. We do not have an elevator.
