NEW COTTAGE (same property but cottage is brand new, and available from September 2022). Binbrook is centrally located between Lithgow , Bathurst and Oberon. It has a gorgeous 2 bedroom cottage (60m2) on 17 acres. Curl up in front of the combustion fire, take in the amazing views, wander around the property and find the creek, talk to the sheep and alpacas or explore surrounding countryside. A restful place to unwind. The space NO PETS ALLOWED. The cottage has 2 bedrooms... one King (can be split into 2 long single beds if required) and a queen bed. It is situated on the side of a hill with amazing views to the south. The space is NOT SUITABLE FOR TODDLERS OR YOUNG CHILDREN. The Cottage has a well equipped kitchen or choose to BBQ instead. There is NO WIFI available but there is 4G signal (for Optus and Telstra) so you are able to use your data. The owners live on the property but the cottage is completely private with its own entrance, about 200m away from the main house. Guest access The whole cottage is your space with access to walks around the 17 acre property. Other things to note Electric vehicles cannot be charged at this property without prior permission from the owners. A fee will apply for each charge.
